  • 2-4 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 of an onion

  • vegan butter

  • flour (gf option)

  • dairy free milk- plain & unsweetened

  • Miyoko’s roadhouse cashew cheddar cheese

  • vegetable broth

  • a head of broccoli, chopped

  • 1 carrot, shredded

  • salt & pepper (crushed red pepper flakes optional)
